If you are unsatisfied with our products, please call us. If it is neccessary for a refund, please mail the product back to us. Once we have received the product from you, we will reimburse you the cost of the product. We cannot, however, refund you the cost of shipping.
If you would like to exchange your product due to a defect, please contact us. We will advise you to return the item to us. Once we have received the item, we will ship you a replacement.
